Elana genuinely empathizes with her clients' hair struggles and goes the extra mile to recommend the perfect products and treatments to address their unique haircare requirements. In this stage of her career, Elana has assumed the role of a salon educator, where she imparts her knowledge and mentors new talent aspiring to join the Nicolo Team. In our industry, this role is akin to holding a master's degree. After 14 years of dedicated work and hands-on experience, she reached a point where she wanted to pay it forward by sharing everything she's learned. Establishing oneself in the hairdressing industry, particularly for young individuals, can be a formidable challenge. Elana's decision to give back and support others is a testament to her character and the kind of care you can expect during your visit.
